Our 2025 Grow Campaign focuses on three areas:
This year, we are intentionally focusing on growing in our discipleship. In addition to our commitment as a Church to reading, discussing, and expanding our understanding of God's Word through our 2025 New Testament Discipleship Reading Challenge, we invite all members to become an active partner and participant in our 360 Grow Campaign.
Our Three Sixty (3|60) goals are, to lead a combined 60-souls to salvation and/or baptism, for us to be the bridge for God to add 60-new adult members to the ministry, and to have a storehouse of finances to secure our future by increasing our savings by $60,000.

- Romans 10:8) But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, 9) that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10) for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. 11) For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.”
Members are encouraged to lead non-believers in the Sinners Prayer. The Sinner's Prayer is a prayer of repentance that asks for forgiveness and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. You are encouraged to lead the prayer and have the person accepting Christ repeat after you:
"Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name. Amen".
"Father, I know I sin and can't save myself. Thank you for loving me enough to send Jesus, who never sinned, to take my place on the cross so that I can be forgiven and gain eternity in Heaven".
"Lord Jesus, I want to have a personal relationship with You. I know I am a sinner and I believe You died on the cross for my sins. I turn from those sins and put my faith in You right now to be my Lord and Savior, my God and Friend".
While the prayer is the starting point, it's important to encourage people to follow Jesus instead of just praying the prayer. While they may not choose The City Church – Reynoldsburg, you should encourage the new believer to find a church home and community of believers to help support their new life in Christ.
