A fully renovated 2100+ sq ft open-concept space with private entry, two restrooms, a welcoming foyer, and an ensuite prep kitchen (no cooking capabilities)—ideal for events, showers, repasses, receptions, and small to mid-size gatherings. A rentals include access to facility 90-mins prior to event for set-up and 90-mins post event for tear down and facility restoration. Space includes two (2) powered speakers, one (1) powered subwoofer, one (1) wireless microphone, and an analog mixer.
